Modern Reformer
A dynamic floe for those with prior Pilates or Reformer experience. Expect creative sequencing with a strong emphasis on control and precision. It's where tradition meets momentum.
Requirments
All Clients are asked to wear grip Pilates socks for your safety, If you do not own a pair we do have a section for sale at our studio. All other props are provided for you.
Sculpt Reformer
Where Pilates Reformer and resistance training collide. This high intensity class incorporates weights and powerful moves to build strength, tone & endurance.
